Chronicle worked collaboratively with the Center for Institutional and Social Change, an organization based at Columbia University's Law School, to develop GroundShift.org - an interactive, on-line community that shares knowledge about innovative frameworks and strategies for advancing full participation in the institutions defining 21st century “citizenship.”
Chronicle worked with The Center as "intellectual partners" to re-craft the center's approach using the web site as a central hub for communication, knowledge sharing, and interaction with the Center's nationwide community of higher education institutions and networks that promote institutional transformation. The multi-tier site offers multiple-levels of access and incorporates a wide range of multi-media production, publications, and resources.
